Kids Parkour
Ages 7-10

Teen Parkour
Ages 11-16

Pre teens and teens looking to be with their own age find their crowd here. Gaining real world strength and confidence to help them become strong adults one day your teen will finally find love for exercise!

Young Kids Parkour
Ages 4-6

Young kids develop discipline and allow their high energy to flow in healthy ways. All while getting high quality parkour instruction and playing fun movement games with our caring coaches.

Coaching Safety & Excellence

At our gym, safety is our top priority. We create a controlled environment with padded flooring, soft mats, foam blocks, and a variety of equipment designed to reflect real-world environments—all introduced in a carefully structured manner under coach-supervision.

Parkour is so much more than just running and pushing a ball like traditional team sports. It challenges and engages students to climb, jump, swing, problem solve, and use their whole body like never before.

Each level has a checklist with a list of parkour movements taught by our professional coaches in each class.
